Roaster Specialty Coffees

Roaster Specialty Coffees is the first specialty coffee shop and roastery in Bolivia. It began operations in 2011. With 10 years in the market, it has become a pioneer and benchmark of specialty coffee in the country. 

It is the only coffee shop that has the privilege of being present in the entire production chain and being able to exploit the properties of the coffee bean from its origin to its preparation, executing strict quality controls.

Roaster produces coffee for domestic consumption and for export. At the same time it supports and collaborates with more than 150 producing families, transmitting technology and recognizing the efforts of producers committed to the quality of Bolivian coffee. 

It has its own line of roasted coffee with a wide range of different origins. It offers coffee to the end consumer and also supplies other specialty coffee shops, commercial coffee shops, restaurants and hotels throughout the country. It has its own training and cupping laboratory. Its experience makes Roaster the first school of barismo, having trained and transmitted knowledge of the coffee industry to more than 6,600 people. 

It has a team of professionals integrated by baristas, roasters, chefs, pastry chefs and administrators who work to provide a quality product and excellent service. 

Its gastronomic proposal is wide and of great quality, all its pastry and bakery products are made in its production center. Roaster is the home of handmade flavors. Roaster is part of Roaster Boutique S.R.L., a company that represents and imports the most important and high-end brands in the industry such as Dalla Corte, Bunn, Mahlkönig, Ditting, Amfin and Vitamix. 

It currently has 2 branches, one in the southern area of the city of La Paz and the other in the prestigious Ritz Hotel in the Sopocachi area.
