Check-In Time

As of 2:00 p.m., for flights arriving at dawn, the reservation must be made taking into account one night before.
 

Check Out Time

At 11:00 a.m., if you wish to stay in your room after this time, you must cancel the "DAY USE" rate until 6:00 p.m. After this time will proceed to charge 100% of the rate.
 

Modification

Must be done in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of arrival.
 

Cancellation

Cancellation of the reservation will be accepted only 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of arrival, in case of groups, cancellations will be accepted 72 hours in advance, otherwise NO-SHOW will be charged.
 

No Show

In case that the reservation is not modified or canceled within the established time and the person does not show up, the value of the first night of lodging will be charged.
 

Guaranteed Reservation

The guaranteed reservation implies that the Hotel will reserve, maintain and charge the nights during the requested dates, if it is not guaranteed it will be respected until 18:00 the day after the booked entry date.
 

Guarantee

All guests must leave a guarantee at the time of check-in. The guarantee can be a voucher of a valid credit card or cash. In the event that it is cash, the amount must be sufficient to guarantee possible extra consumption (frigobar, restaurant, laundry, telephony, room service.) In case of no consumption the guarantees are returned to the guest at the time of check out. Only in the event that the account is paid in full by the Company, guest will not have to leave any guarantee. No guest can check in at the hotel if they do not have the conditions to leave the necessary guarantee.
 

Payment Methods

Payment in cash, VISA credit cards - MASTERCARD - AMERICAN EXPRESS, Bank deposit (consult), Credit up to 15 working days prior signature of agreement (consult to access this modality)
 

Minimum Age Policy

Guests must be over 18 years old and present a vigenter identity document in order to register at the hotel.
 

Children

Children under 12 years old do not pay if they share a bed with parents, including breakfast.
 

People With Disabilities

The hotel has a room with access for people with disabilities. If you want more information, contact the hotel directly.
 

Smokers

The entire hotel is free of tobacco (Law No. 1333 of the Environment). You can find designated smoking areas outside the building. In case of smoking anywhere inside the hotel a cleaning fee of USD 100 per day will be charged.
 

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the premises.
 

Noises and Discomfort

It is not allowed to organize parties inside the rooms or suites of the hotel. A claim for annoying noises will result in the eviction of the room without reimbursement of that night's rate.
 

Important

Every person to be able to enter as a guest at the hotel must present the following documents at the time of check-in:
National Passengers: Identity Card, in case a minor does not have an Identity Card, a photocopy of a birth certificate will be accepted.
Foreign passengers: Passport and immigration ballot to enter the country.
